About Blake Bowman

I was first introduced into the world of sports when I was eight years old. I got into wrestling when I was in High School, and bodybuilding after graduation.

Years of lifting with poor body mechanics and lack of softer training gave me many muscle imbalances and injuries. I have taken my passion for injury prevention and performance enhancement and translated it into my workouts.

Each workout is designed to help move my client towards their fitness goals. I do this while also improving body mechanics and postural needs by effectively integrating corrective exercises into the workout.
